Hurrican Wilma knocked out power to our data center and likewise, the backup generators failed (what, one wonders, is the point of having them then??). The upshot was almost 48 hours of down time.

We're glad to be back and thank you for your patience through this situation.

i had NO idea what was going on. It really was a case of not knowing what I had till it was gone.
