Who's Performing the Angioplasty in Canada and the US?

Where is the actual angioplasty being performed in the States and in Canada?

I know Albany and with whom though? Who's had the procedure here? How much does it cost? Who's the doctor?

Is this not happening in Canada? If not , that's sad, such a high prevalence here!
