Do you worry about what you eat?
As soon as I was diagnosed, I started researching diets and nutritional approaches that claim to help for people with MS. I started with the Swank diet and incorporated some of the Best Bet diet methods as well. Since becoming pregnant, I've been a lot less strict and more focused on getting a balanced diet. I plan on going back on a no wheat or dairy/low fat diet as soon as the baby is born. But I've been thinking about it lately, and I am just wondering how many of you actually follow a no wheat/dairy diet? It just seems so hard to not eat wheat or dairy for the rest of your life. I know diet and exercise and very important to maintain good health, and the low fat Swank diet is very reasonable, but the best bet diet seems very challenging. Are wheat and dairy really that bad for everyone with MS?
