(Here is where you can find more information on the process.

Please contact your Member of Parliament to make sure they are aware of this important event, and are prepared for it.
Here is a sample of the email I sent to my MP. (I have met with her twice about CCSVI)
Hello Libby:
I understand that on June 14th there will be a take note debate regarding the matter of persons with MS in Canada being denied access to vascular medical screening and appropriate vascular medical care.
I am hoping that you will be present for this important debate, look forward to watching the discussion.
You have assured me that you are well aware of the concerns of your constituents regarding this matter.
If you have not already done so, I am requesting that you read, or listen to the testimony which has been given by various parties to the parliamentary sub committee on neurological health. Dr. Sandy McDonald, who is a vascular specialist in Barrie Ontario has spoken at 2 of the 3 meetings. I am sure that you will find his testimony both informative and compelling.

Thanks for the info: I have written my MP 3 times between Dec 09 and May 2010, spoken to his office administrator who confirms receipt and promises that they will pass my concerns on to the Min of Health, but never gotten an acknowledgement from the MP himself - that's our tax $$'s at work I suppose, or perhaps he was just being fiscally sound and saving the money for the G20 lake.
Anyways, got his E-Mail addrresses (local and Parliament) and have off request that he "stand up" and respresent us at the Debate.
Do you know what time it may come up in Ottawa and if it will be on CPAC

I've just received a copy of a letter, following, my MP sent to the Min of Health asking for support for Dr. Sandy McDonald along with the letter detailing Dr. Zamboni's work
Dear Minister Aglukkaq,
"On behalf of my constituent, I hasten to bring a matter to your attention regarding Multiple Sclerosis.
Knowing that there is no known cure for MS, and that many thousands of Canadians suffer the effects of this degenerative, debilitating disease, it is incumbent upon our compassionate society to explore and encourage groundbreaking research and proven treatments.
I would ask that you carefully consider the case put forward by Dr. Sandy McDonald in endorsing a speedy review of the work being done by Dr. Paolo Zamboni in Italy.
For those living with multiple sclerosis, hope is a very precious thing.
Thank you for your continued good work on behalf of the health and well-being of all Canadians.
Sincerely,
Harold Albrecht, MP
