Zamboni Ultrasound

Post by bretzke »

Here's a link to information about the ultrasound machine developed by Dr. Zamboni for CCSVI. I spoke with the Michigan area rep who sells these. He says the unit should be FDA approved within a month. The purchase price includes training in Buffalo and additional local training, on site, from a trainer located in Michigan.

I wonder if the MS research grantees will be using one of these... It's the only unit specially developed for CCSVI.

From memory, this company were providing training (in Italian only) on how to diagnose CCSVI correctly on their existing system. I would of expected centres to therefore open up around Italy offering the service, and therefore also giving some numbers in relation to how well they were aligning to Zamboni's original trial results. Has anyone herd anything in these regards?
