Donate to McMaster/Dr. Haacke study.....forget MS society
I think in our neck of the woods..Ontario/Eastern Canada this is our best bet for legitimate research into CCSVI....these people are truly dedicated to this research. I started donating to them in November...did it through the MS Liberation site...........right from the beginning the MS society feigned interest......the president was goaded into launching the proposal process for grants.....now how many months later and who did they award their paltry grants to?....apparently not the right folks, according to what I have read....they are going to research things that we already know.....let's move on....cut the cord....we are on our own.
jackiejay, everything you wrote is so true.
This may help make my thinking below more plausible...as reported in the Montreal Gazette, one Board member e-mailed members and potential members urging them to register their vote to re-elect the current Board members and prevent CCSVI supporters from getting on the Board. They wanted only the current people that obviously reflect their views and opinions on CCSVI..not people who are pro-CCSVI.
My thinking (and it may be faulty) is this...if the MSSC/NMSS Board selected the international review panel...they probably consistently chose members whose views were aligned with theirs. If this is the case, the whole thing was/is a farce.

if all this info is true....then the whole society is a sham...hard to believe that these people do not want to effectively explore CCSVI but instead are just trying to disprove it....their whole mission statement is a lie...that's why I say ...cut the cord....the only problem is they have a ----load of our money that they don't want to part with.....except on their own agenda.....sad commentary...but not really surprising....forget 'em.....and don't give them another cent!
