LDN & depression

Post by selkie »

Hi all,

I have my LDN & haven't started it yet - still worried as I'm so sensitive to meds.

But my question is, has anybody had any improvement with depression since taking LDN ( or no difference or worsening)?

If you're on an AD, I think that would skew the results so please only answer if you're not on an AD or you know that it was LDN that made a difference or no difference.

Thank you!

Selkie,

I dont have major issues with depression but definitely a sense of negative feeling. I have noticed that after starting LDN, this has come down to a great extent. This is as expected as I feel more positive when I have less symptoms. Since LDN helps in getting relieved from symptoms I think depression should also reduce
A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it
