The plaque and its pathogenesis

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

The plaque and its pathogenesis

This looked a good read but you have to purchase the full article.

Given that most Americans are millionaires it would be a nice gesture to your British cousins (given all we do for you) to purchase the article and tell us what's in it.

Here is a slightly older one, but it is a review (reviews are papers that take all the current findings and understandings and summarize them rather than saying something novel like " we thinkgarlic will help")

<shortened url>

Read this closely and you will pick up that the author says that nothing seen in the MS brain is unique to MS and that as new immune cells and mechanisms are uncovered they always appear in the MS understanding.
He also says that viral activation and MS are similar on a cellular level and that you cannot in any way say MS is a unique process.

Sometimes you can get these articles from your library or an interlibrary loan. I've read many this way. To clarify, I mean that you get the journal the article is in, and read it .
