Has anyone had treatment at Pacific Interventionalist in California? we are thinkg of going there. Input?

I've generally read good things, it's Dr. Arata and Dr. Harris. They've used IVUS and the larger balloon sizes. More recently however there was a report of a bad experience trying to obtain follow-up care. They were said to have said that they are not seeing restenosis, which is a concern to me, because a certain percentage of all patients will restenose and a certain percentage will have clotting issues which is very serious. An idea was suggested to make an appointment for follow-up care when scheduling the initial procedure appointment, I've yet to hear if anyone has done this but I think it is a good idea.

Not much point in scheduling followup if one cannot get the doppler which is the real problem.
