CCSVI and sinus thrombosis?

Lately I've been interested many details relating cerebral out flow like; valve insuffiency, valsalva manaeuver, sinus thrombosis, intra cranial pressure, etc.

My question is what are the most important similarities / differencies with CCSVI and sinus thrombosis? Of course they are different pathologies, but like to get more details, or is this subject discussed more somewhere here? If dr Sal Sclafani reads this, he could say excellent data about this :) ?
