how about MRVs

Just wondering, about CCSVI and blood flow issues, does that mean MS patients have abnormal MRVs?
I guess that should be the case if venous blood flow is impaired... If so why don;t we that exam too? And how would impaired venous flow cause white plaques on the brain?...
