Thalamic stimulation reduces permanent tremor in MS

Tremor in multiple sclerosis (MS) frequently improves during thalamic stimulation, even when limb strength is conserved, according to findings published in the April issue of the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry.
