Your experiences with Dr. Cummings in MN for CCSVI

I have a friend who's looking to get CCSVI surgery close to home in MN. i know Dr Cummings is in MN.

Can anyone tell me their experience with Dr Cummings and their CCSVI surgery with him

I think if patients are not going to have Internal Venus Ultrasound then they should look at the protocol; they are going to use. IVUS allows for accurate ballooning veins are not perfectly round. There is only one Dr I'm aware uses it Dr. Sclafani at American Access Care in Brooklyn NY.

I like the way you think milesap but Dr. Cumming also uses IVUS! It allows for accurate sizing of balloons and may result in safer procedures, based on the findings in Dr. Sclafani's abstract to be presented at the SIR conference. It also allows for more thorough interrogation of the veins, from the inside, which is where the intraluminal abnormalities of CCSVI are.
