Even when or if this becomes an option, patients would still need 2 inches at the top of a jugular to graft it in?

Has anyone ever talked about azygous vein grafting?

Maybe if those 2 inches are occluded they can be lasered or something and then a stent inserted.....dunno just an idea, hopefully there is something that can be done for those in that situation
