procedure trip has bad events

Post by 1eye »

All this is third person, so it might be inaccurate. I'll try to get more facts.

I just learned a friend of my neighbors is back from the procedure in Poland. While she was there, she broke her ankle. She had a stroke as well. Now she can't work anymore and has 3 paralyzed limbs, one arm and both legs. She's no longer able to use a walker, in a wheelchair at a local facility. They cannot continue her physio because of pain. I do not know whether the stroke was a result of the broken ankle, the procedure, or only bad luck, or some combination. If it was around the time of the angio, I don't know what drugs were being used for clotting, but that did not prevent the stroke.

I've got nothing against Poland. Still, please, Canada, don't keep making people go to other countries.

Oh, no. That's terrible. I hope there is some recovery possible.

Me too. She had a job before she left.
