Finally an answer for random muscle spasms, chronic vertigo, chronic migraines, random times when I just can't "find" my words, balance issues, weakness, tingling, numbness... all these years of hearing I had tension headaches and stress. And the fatigue. Oh, the fatigue.
My MRI to confirm my neuro's suspicions is next week. My hubby and I are terrified, but it will be what it will be, I guess.

Welcome to ThisIsMS, tnmommy. Take a BIG breath. We don't have a great deal of control in this situation; you are right – it will be what it will be. I do believe that diet has a great influence. The story of Dr. Terry Wahls and her dramatic improvement with diet and exercise is a prime example: http://www.TerryWahls.com
My hypothesis: excess insulin (hyperinsulinemia) plays a major role in MS, as developed in my initial post: http://www.thisisms.com/forum/general-discussion-f1/topic1878.html "Insulin – Could This Be the Key?"
