Although this treatment has had some not-so-good reviews, I think it is a promising therapy.

There are couple of FB groups providing great information on the treatment of HSCT. --Given by actual patients during the treatment and after.

But, the procedure is no picnic and definitely should be your own personal decision after lots of research on the subject.

When I read that a man doing physically demanding work comes down with aggressive MS, my hunch is that he has a spinal injury that has impeded fluid flows through the Central nervous system (CSF and blood flow) and should get a skeletal evaluation by a chiropractor, an upright MRI for example, or other appropriate specialists.
