Does anyone have back pain? What does it feel like?
I have had some pains over the years in my back, but not like normal back pain. It is in the middle of my back and feel like my spine is being bent in the wrong direction. Like the muscles can't hold my spine up and it will bend the wrong way.
Had an attack of this in the middle of the night. Woke me up from sleep. Extremely painful. Did not feel like muscle pain which I have had in my low back. Have not had back pain like this for 3 or 4 years.
Wondering if anyone else has felt anything like this?

Re: Back pain
panther i will refer you back to earlier chats re magnesium being a high priority assessment to look after in terms of evaluating potential effects from solo d3 supplementation

i still have an unanswered question hanging on the other thread re dosage of d3 taken daily. that will help clarify how likely it is that d3 is contributing to symptoms via mag depletion.
have a look at the amount of literature generated on magnesium and pain, and magnesium and spasticity (muscle spasm).

worth looking into at a minimum, i should think!
