How long does the vertigo last and headaches?

How long does the vertigo last and headaches?

Hello All, Just wondering how long your initial "vertigo" if any lasted? Headaches? Its NOT a spinning thing for me its more a "moving" feelign and I cant stand car rides. I have not been able to drive for three weeks now and it seems to only get worse.
