You probably already know that gluten can be in anything made from wheat, rye, or barley. But it is such a good product enhancer that its added in many items, both food and non food, that you might not think of. If you have chosen to go gluten free, be aware. I have and just recently discovered that even many shampoos have gluten added (just ordered and received some gluten free shampoo). Pickles too (just started making my own)!
