Brain parenchyma: There are several small foci of hyperintense signal within the cerebral hemispheres bilaterally, predominantly in the largest lesion is within the left corona radiata measuring 6mm. Findings are nonspecific. A demyelinating process is not excluded. There is no evidence of acute intracranial hemorrhage, mass or acute territorial infarction. There is no extra-axial collection. The major intracranial flow voids are preserved. There is no abnormal contrast enhancement within or adjacent to the brain.
Ventricles and cisterns: The ventricles paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are unremarkable. The bones, soft tissues and orbits are unremarkable.
Conclusion: Mild bilateral white matter changes.
These are all my symptoms:
Weakness in my left side, tingling in my hand and feet, numbness in my left side, speech disturbances, weakness in my tongue, disturbances of skin sensation, and also on September 30, 2013 I went to the hospital for the first time with this symptom and when they do the MRI without contrast and with contrast it come out with two lesions in my brain. Now they repeat the MRI and I have more lesions. I really want to know if I have MS because I experience the episodes every month or two month apart. Also I can't be in the heat because it drains my energy. Sometimes I can wake up from my bed. Thank you for this opportunity to express myself. God bless you all.

Hi,
That's your brain. They should also MRI your spine. Demyelination may or may not be causative and they should be conducting more tests.
There are a range of metabolic tests that can be done. Have they conducted blood and fecal tests. They should look for infection, vitamin deficiencies and signs of inflammation. An MRI is only one thing
