I can't say definitively, but I don't think so.
At this point, you don't know for a fact that you have MS. I would think that a firm diagnosis by your doctor is required before that can be established(this is the assumption I'm making). So, how would you be committing fraud(e.g. an illegal act)? You are essentially placing a bet on one of two possible outcomes.
So here's my story. This just sucks!

FWIW, you can get life insurance after getting a MS diagnosis, and yes, it is more expensive but it is obtainable if you are in good health otherwise.
Re: So here's my story. This just sucks!
This reminds me of an alcoholic who was asked if he was ever treated for alcoholism. Answer was the truth - no. So he obtained the mortgage insurance and died 2 years later of liver cancer no doubt caused by you know what. I see NO benefit in getting an MS diagnosis. Don't be in a rush to get diagnosed, they don't really know how to treat MS anyway. Neurological symptoms can have myriad origins. See a lawyer before they stick the MS label on you.

Believe me I'm not in a rush to get a diagnosis of ms. But I'm also not gonna waste too much time thinkin I don't have it. She already told me she's fairly sure I do have it. Lesions on the brain and spine are pretty convincing evidence. I know there are a lot of other things that may cause similar symptoms but a lot of them have been ruled out with the last round of testing that she ordered. I am consistent with the defficiency's that can go along with ms also. If it quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck! I'm just not gonna get my hopes up only to have those hopes smashed. The tests don't lie. I'd rather prepare for the worst and take it head on so It doesn't hurt so bad when I hear the words. If the words happen to be mis diagnosis of ms then I will be on cloud 9!!
