Elsevier, a world-leading provider of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, today announced that it has partnered with the International Society for Neurovascular Disease (ISNVD) to develop and publish an ISNVD-cobranded series of books covering various topics in neurovascular disease. The book series will focus on the latest research in diagnostic and therapeutic modalities for neurovascular disease and its underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms. “We are thrilled to partner with the ISNVD on a book series that will bring top research in neurovascular disease to the global community,” said Melanie Tucker, Senior Acquisitions Editor, Elsevier. “We look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration.”

Elsevier and the ISNVD agreed to publish one-to-two books per year, including both edited volumes and monographs on specific topics in neurovascular disease. The co-branded books will range from 300 to 500 pages each, with 15 to 25 chapters. The final published books will be available in both print and electronic formats, and hosted on Elsevier’s ScienceDirect. "We are delighted to announce that the ISNVD has joined forces with Elsevier to produce a series of books on key topics, including those that were discussed in the ISNVD 2016 meeting in New York,” noted J. Steve Alexander, President, ISNVD. “The books will cover various aspects of neurological diseases and beyond.”
Has this been covered here? This seems a good step forward at getting the topics ISNVD is covering into the literature and the larger discourse.
