Wave Like Feeling in Head

Dear All,

My father has reports of having a wave like feeling in his head continuously. this feeling is there from last 2 years. When he closes his eyes he feels better , also when he concentrates on one thing it is better. MRI scans are OK , but exact problem we are not able to diagnose. Any suggestion please ?
