I'd heard! Hope folks have come thru all right. My entire Canadian family is over your way just now :)
In other news, had an appointment Monday. Not a complete win, but I think a good step in prep for this Friday. Otherwise, this week is absolute crap - need to turn things around if I can!

Good luck with that - of course you can turn things around. Try the Amy Cuddy postures!

Must be a system shock for your Canadian family. We had rain today - just a little but what a relief - and it's slightly cooler thankfully. Phew.

Ah good to hear you have found that right specialist! How did it go?

Interesting paper - thanks. It touched on something I forgot which we ought to flag here - that HRT helps prevent Alzheimer's - something I heard in a podcast. Note that this is a recent discovery. I shall find the link and come back here. The study was prompted by higher rates of Alzheimer's in women.

it went really well. expensive, and i'm still a bit skeptical of some aspects, but i am thrilled that she will consider stepping outside the box, and will entertain the idea of joining me on this latest learning curve. :)
i'll be looking forward to seeing that research link when you find it!

Ah good news!

She's a neuroscientist - Dr Lisa Mosconi

One of the published papers on her website - can send you the podcast too. There are others (https://www.lisamosconi.com/)
