hey there, ya your knee thing sounds just like my knee thing, except for the aching. i'd def take the magnesium supplement more often, for aching. try it for a week or two maybe, see if it helps.

as to the b-complex: i don't know what "100%" means, but 6mcg B12 sounds puny. check out the amounts in the one at the end of the following link - i just did a random google and the first result does include the amounts of each ingredient:
http://www.zooscape.com/cgi-bin/maitred ... estp418285
it has 50mcg B12!

if you get your hands on a stronger b-complex, good to take it at bedtime with your mag supp. actually i'll check that eye multi with the zinc and lutein, if it has decent b-complex maybe you could get away with just that and the light b-complex you have now.... i'll report back on that.

about my dx, i really don't know what to think... it's kind of a question of do i have defiencies OR ms, or deficiencies AND ms... and i think that question applies to most of us. there are so many with ms that are helped using nutrition, there has to be something to it. it could be that the deficiency causes the symptom, or that the illness uses up nutrients faster than in healthy folks. either way, taking em helps.

don't freak out too much, that in itself is not good for ya! experiment with some supplements, but keep looking for the answer with your docs. clear brain mri doesn't shout ms at me particularly, even if it's something else, nutrition is something you can work on in the meantime.

don't worry about vitamins not working, having sinister implications. sometimes you can be taking something and it's not a high enough dose, or long enough time, to provide noticeable effects. and some vitamins might be good for you, but you just don't get a really subjective improvement. i can't say i've ever felt particularly fantastic from taking vitamin D, but i'm glad i took it and i feel pretty guilty for letting it slide as long as i have - i'm sure it's in the dumper right now and i've had a prescription sitting on my desk for months. but i have noticed fixing with other supps!
