Natural Fever Reducers??

Post by flautenmusik »

I believe that I have now developed a lovely allergic reaction to Ibuprofen, and Tylenol always makes my heart race, so I was wondering if anyone knew of anything natural that actually worked?? I always take something with my Rebif shot.... not quite wanting to do one without a precaution!

Any ideas would be great!

Not a "natural approach" but some folks on the forum have posted that they have had good results with Alieve which contains naproxen. In addition, other people have have reported good results with an allergy medication that contains an antihistamine.

Perhaps someone else will post with a "natural" fever reducer for you to try with Ifn-B.

I have thought about Aleve, since I have some here, but am worried that I might have the same effect. I am taking some Zyrtec at the moment for an allergic rash. FUN!

BTW.... Just took my Rebif with no premeds, so keeping my fingers crossed that I won't feel like I have been hit by a truck. My side effects have been very minimal with medication.
