Just wanted to clarify. I was progressive/relapsing. Even after 5 days of IV steroids, I still enhanced. I believe I was relatively early in he SPMS stage of things. You are correct in saying that they will not take you if you have no enhancement. BTW, I was at Hopkins this past Wed., also, to see Dr. Kerr. Wonder if we were there at the same time?

I have to admit that I know very little about the different MS classifications. Others, like marcstck, know this topic much better than me.
My impression, though, is that these classifications are not clear-cut, but are a little fuzzy. For example, I am not sure if having enhancing lesions automatically rules out PPMS.
