If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Hey sewwhat!!!!

This is in response to you saying that you bite your lip every time you eat your lunch.....

I've found that I'm constantly biting my tongue by accident - even just when I'm talking. It's a new thing since I've had MS but I've never asscoiated the two..... hmmm..... interesting..... why do you think that is?[/quote]

I always bite the inside of my cheeks when I'm eating. Drives me crazy. I'd love to hear the relation of this to MS, if there is one. I usually try not to pay much attention to my symptoms but this is definitely something I've noticed is accuring more frequently.

Hi Summer55 n LA
This is a new thing for me also. Along with the lip & cheek, I've also been biting my tongue..when eating & talking. So annoying & painful!
Had a few brief episodes of slurred speech too, I bet this is ms related.

I'm going to ask my doctor about it next week.
I'll let you know what he says ~ tc

Hi Sew, My speech has been slurring on and off the last couple of weeks, too. The faster I want to talk, the worse I sound. But then sometimes I don't do it at all. Soo aggravating. I'll be interested in what your doc has to say. :)
