I am very confused about B3(Niacin) Inositol Hexaphosphate, Inositol and IP6.
Please could someone please tell me the relationship between them?
I think that IP6 is Inositol Hexaphosphate but when I take Niacin (b3) is that also inositol??? see I told you I was confused!
(The reason I have put it in the CCSVI section is because it relates to iron chelation and blood flow increase)
IP6 Inositol Niacin
they are three different things, all having Inositol.
Inositol hexaniacinate is the no-flush form of the vitamin niacin (niacin attached to a number of inositols).
Inositol is a naturally occuring nutrient, found in phospholipids, that the body uses for various functions.
IP6 is Inositol Hexaphosphate, an antioxidant found in high fiber foods.
