With all due respect for all CCSVI investigators .... I think we have found an excellent CCSVI spokesperson in Dr. Hubbard

I would have great confidence in Dr. Hubbard being the one speaking to the media on behalf of CCSVI .

We have several other outstanding CCSVI literate spokespersons .... but they lack MEDICAL credentials ....

I particularly enjoyed Hubbard, a neurologist, presenting really cool neuro-vascular research, and then asking why other neuros aren't even intrigued, and WTF is up with the hostility.

Great video! I especially liked hearing how common vein angioplasty is, and how safe it is. I am quite familiar with arterial angioplasty, and was already knew how safe it was generally, but learning about vein angiouplasty and that it is even safe was interesting.

As far as the neuros, I think Dr. S. got it right as the last comment on the clips ... Godamned arogance.,

They don't want to believe that for the past 30-40 years they have been telling their very sick MS patients that it is an autoimmune disease and despite all their constant work there isn't much to do aobut it, and it turns out they are flat wrong.

Also the comment early on thast neuros are used to telling their patient's that their symptoms are untreatable and discouraging "false" hope. I had a neuro tell me that he didn't know anything about Zamboni or his work, but he could tell me what it was, another crazy dr. selling false hope. His attitude was clearly that the proper mental attitude for an MS patient was HOPELESS despondency. I was furious, couldn't even sleep that night, and never went back to him.

He is in Santa Rosa California. Anyone want his name?

Even though it's disappointing, it seems to me that people who posted links to the videos might want to think about editing and deleting the links in their posts out of respect to the conference presenters--per their request. They've indicated they're working on a version that will be posted on the ms-mri site.

When we're all anxious for more info it's hard to do this, but it seems like the right thing to do under the circumstances. I haven't checked to see if the links are still working, so maybe everyone's already deleted any links.

ya there was 16 of them and it was really good. I wonder what was said that wanted to stay private? Really ccsvi has taken a lot of shots lately but this was all good. The fact that haake is starting to put up numbers (30/36 so far) is great news.
