Tfau and Everyone,
Thanks to everyone for your encouraging words and your concern. It has been almost two weeks now since my procedure and I'm having some other health issues butting in so I'm seeing my PCP tomorrow about the CCSVI procedure and other issues. I had to stop the Plavix last week because of bleeding from well....
. So no blood thinners for me. Dr Haskal told me that it is unclear if they are even needed at all ???!!!! Anyway I have a messed up gut too. So I have been lying and feeling low. I still can't judge if the procedure has done me any good yet with these other problems. It may take weeks. I wish it had been one of the miracles, but at least I don't feel worse. I will update when I have news. I am still optimistic about CCSVI and I had abnormalities in all three places. It is the outcome of the procedure that can be unpredictable.

Sorry to hear this OC, it sounds like the Plavix did a number on you. Hopefully you will feel a little better once it's out of your system.
Do you think the Plavix caused your gut issues or were they simply aggravated by it? I'm hoping you see positive results as time goes on, over the next few months!!

OC! I am so sorry I missed your thread until now. I am glad you have been treated. I have my fingers crossed and I am thinking of you. You have a lot of healing to do, so rest, rest, rest! I hope in time you get some relief.
Keep us posted!
Take good care,
Beth
