oh and by the way, do not ever believe someone who would tell you it is permanent... it is not...It's like cramps, they come and go, although they last for a long time, but eventually, the go... Also help it with stretching as much as possible.

@lovebug - take some of the magnesium at a separate time from the d3. see if that helps.

when the pharmacist tipped me off re magnesium i said 'but i already take magnesium' and he said yes but you take it WITH the d3, so it can't do the other things it's meant to be doing, it just gets tied up with d3 processes.

worked like a charm. i thought at first, maybe it's a coincidence, and stopped taking the extra mag at a separate time. all the nonsense came back. so then i went back on it, got better, and the rest is history.

How many hours do you think I should separate taking the vitamin D from the magnesium? Interesting concept here! Even opiods don`t work for me. I just took` Filmakers` idea and tried some Benadry. No relief yet.

i still took a little magnesium when i took d3. but i would have additional mag with a completely different meal or at bed time. hth!
