It is all about putting the right things in our bodies. When God put Adam and Eve in the garden his instructions was to eat the fruits and vegetables. Nothing has changed. That is the key to our health. Until we understand that we will remain a nation of sick people. If you do not give your body what it needs to be healthy you will stay sick. It is not about taking vitamins. If you take too much of the wrong kind of vitamin it can result in bad things. There are vitamins which haven't been discovered yet but all these things are in the food that was put here for us to eat. Your body is smart enough to get the nutrients it needs from the food you eat. It you are eating a lot of process foods the nutrients aren't there so your body is starving. Dr. Wahls put it very well in her video.
