impotence

yeah. I had tested low for manganese, and read a study showing that manganese is typically low in MS. I also read some info about social anxiety being tied to elevated copper, and people found relief from SA by taking manganese. SA is a serious problem for me, so I thought I would tinker a bit. Interestingly, it did work very well for my SA. Had a couple dates, started initiating things, even took a public speaking engagement in front of thousands of people. Found myself smiling at strangers, striking up conversations with waitstaff. All this I put together in retrospect. But it made me feel like a 65 year old sexually. who knows

ok so this is right off the ED track but the balancing aspect is important.. just wondering if you had had a serum copper test, before deciding on bringing copper levels down? or were you just going on research? i usually try to test when i read about something that might be applicable to my case, before going all out..
als0 - wondering if you have any magnesium in your routine?
