Short answer is: Yes, I do have lesions, black holes, oligoclonal bands. Also Dawson's Fingers, positive VEP/SSEPs and whatever else they look for in spinal fluid. My first MRI (without contrast) showed a brainful of MS-specific lesions in all the right places, including the brainstem. I've posted about this a number of times, including MRI shots.1eye wrote:How in the world did that happen? Do you have lesions, black holes, oligoclonal bands? I was diagnosed by a physiatrist/rehab doctor who found a few clues in a basic neuro exam (without a list of symptoms from me) and sent me for brain/c-spine MRIs. I felt so healthy at the time, though, I didn't even ask him what he was examining my brain for.
