I see they have a story about Lyme's...that should be watched by everyone as well! I wish the governments would get their heads out of the sand about that topic.

I searched the whole board for the word "documentary" and got only a few hits. This sounds HUGE !!! Would anyone out there who knows more than I do (which is NOTHING) give us some more scuttlebutt on this ????????

Just to clarify- the Polish documentary is different and features the work of Dr. Simka- it's on 11/17. The Canadian doc is 11/21 on CTV and features Zamboni and SUNY Jacobs. The Globe and Mail will also be doing a feature story in Canada next weekend to support the doc. JNI is unblinding the first part of their study in the next 2 weeks. Hopefully as the press and more research comes out, it will be easier to bring a packet of info (dvd of docs, press, research papers) to other doctors, fund raising organizations, media outlets and universities. I hope you get something going in Ireland, Edser!

Got the final info from Avis Favaro
Ok. November 21st is the confirmed airdate. Website w5.ctv.ca

It will be shown there. There should also be links on the site to the studies, to Buffalo, to Mark Haacke’s study.

It also runs on the CTV Network – Across Canada Saturday November 21st at 7 PM

Sunday November 22 at 12 PM on our all news channel – called CTV NewsChannel

Sunday November 22 at 1 PM on a Toronto channel called CP 24

Our national News paper, the Globe and Mail will also have a story on it, based on our work, Saturday morning.

I just logged on to your MS Web chat site. Some are saying that you have to pay to see it. That’s not correct. It will be put on the site as all programs are Saturday night. Canadian viewers get it for free as well, on their main CTV stations which run across the country.
There will also be promotional news items on the Friday,
The exact address is w5.ctv.ca
Thanks to Avis and Elizabeth for their hard work in bringing this story to a larger audience. Hope this clarifies any confusion-

W5 Documentary "The Liberation Treatment"

Post by W5 »

Statement from the Executive Producer of W5:

We at W5 are excited by the worldwide interest being expressed in Avis Favaro's report about the new therapy being used by Dr. Paolo Zamboni and now being studied in North America.

To confirm, our documentary "The Liberation Treatment" will be broadcast on the CTV television network (seen in Canada at 7 pm local time) Saturday, November 21. W5 is also available via the Internet at www.W5.ctv.ca - online information about our documentary will be available approximately 6 pm Eastern Time. Avis' report will be available for viewing, without subscription, after 7 pm Eastern Time. Unlike entertainment programs there are no restrictions on viewing W5 stories from anywhere in the world - assuming you've got the bandwidth to stream the video.

If you get to the site - just click through the main-page story and you'll be taken to the viewing page. Note that each part of the story - this one is in two parts - play separately after a brief ad, so be sure to look for the second part after viewing the first part. You need to select it as it does not play automatically. Our documentaries typically remain available on the site for many months.

As a matter of background for those unfamiliar with W5 - we are the longest-running newsmagazine/documentary program in North America, now in our 44th season. We are also the most-watched and most-respected program of its type in Canada.

Thanks to you and the W5 team, Anton...for delving into Dr. Zamboni's research and understanding the implications. MS patients and caregivers worldwide will appreciate your report - and Jeff and I are proud to be involved.

THE DOCUMENTARY ABOUT 'THE LIBERATION TREATMENT' IS ON THIS SAT. NIGHT. NOV. 21 @ 7 P.M. EST AND ALSO ON TIMESHIFTING WITHIN CANADA. APPARENTLY YOU CAN WATCH IT VIA INTERNET FROM CTV.CA. BE SURE TO WATCH AFTER THE COMMERCIAL AS WELL.

(THE CYNICAL SIDE OF ME THINKS IT WON'T BE AN ACCEPTIBLE TREATMENT UNTILL A DRUG COMPANY CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE LOADS OF $$$ FROM IT.)[/b]
