effect on brain atrophy?

Diagnosed in 2009, no relapses to speak of until now, but I think started 2-3 years ago, with depressive symptoms and now motor issues in my legs. I was doing great before all of this but these past 3 years I've experienced the worst stress of my life, thought I had depression but felt lobotomized, with head pressure feeling, spacy, and overall much less sharp. I also have anhedonia, and get sleepy very easily after intellectual exertion. I've recently read about brain atrophy being the hallmark of MS, and, having started the protocol, I would like to hear from those of you who have had brain scans while on the protocol long-term, and wether it had an effect on brain atrophy.
