Thanks NHE - that was really helpful and explains why my neck has been sore and stiff for a long time. I've read that nutrition can have an affect on people with MS. I love all foods and am wondering if there is a specific diet that most people with MS follow. Are there any items I should be avoiding?

Yes, spine only between c2 and c4. I'm not sure what that means yet... I'm still waiting to see a specialist.
