Most cultures don't show any active bacteria. But one one of them they found the antibiotic it was susceptible to.
The issue seems to be related to the weakened immune system/B cell depletion. Thanks for the info though.

Looking for some information/resources for an MS patient taking immunosuppressant drugs, and has been fighting a pseudomonis infection in hospital for weeks.
