stem cell therapy

I'm glad I logged on here to read some of your letters on SCT. I had enquired to a few stem cell therapy companys and was "in the dark" whether to pusue the treatment or not. I had the feeling this was at this time a "scam to get money". I guess I'll hold on to see if anyone real...

depression

I really have had some bouts with depression (brought on by having to live with MS). I have been on Prozac and Fluoxetine. Both seamed to do the job. how I get along

I have had MS for over 17 years, and it's not pretty! I can't walk by myself, my body doesn't co-ordinate to do things like it used to. Over the years, I've had about every symptom you can think of except blindness(knock on wood). So I know how challenging it can be. But what it all boils down to is...

I've had MS for over 17 years(since I was diagnosed) and my neuro thinks the tysabri may help me because it helps with the swelling of plaques that I alreay have. I'm basically unable to walk without a walker, and barely then.
