27!! that is reaaally down there. b12 is a really logical go-to nutrient to look at. any idea why it's low in your case? what is your diet like? fyi I've noticed that it's easier to get your levels up when your zinc is topped up to high normal. my b12 levels are pretty great with just diet plus b-v...

Recently just recieved copy's of my actual test results and found them tpo be very confusing because of abriviations like WBC,RBC,MCV etc...etc... Wow thanks for all that, No matter the out come at the MS center I will need to get involved with vitamins and a healthier diet so I dont end up with more problems than I have now. which is better than over analizing my situation and looking for an answer that can only be answered by the specialists...
