I want to stop , but I don't want it to come back. Tonight is my next shot. I get depress afterwards just thinking about the pain that's going to come tomorrow morning.

anti inflammatory foods will prevent side effects such as migraines, vomiting?
When I took steroids for the inflammation the next day I woke up with no side effects that day.

Are they injections?
