Horowitz book is worth perusing. I am a big fan of Ancient egyptian culture so if they slept on inclined beds then thats good enough recommendation for me!! But doing it inverted makes more sense to me than the normal head up position but if only I had an Ancient egyptian doc to advise...oh well!! T...
