Not much action in this part of the forum. As an avid lifter myself, i was diagnosed this past January. Since then ive stopped every supplement ie; pre workouts and post workouts ect ect. All the niacin, and other BS im sure wasnt helping matters in the CNS department. I still continue with my vitam...

What is your Vitamin D Blood level?

After being on 4500IU of vitamin D for 5 months my blood level is up from 96 n/mol to 123 n/mol.

I cant remember where i saw it but there was a chart for optimal vitamin d blood levels were for people with an auto immune disease. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

Fantastic. Thank you for all the responses. I ask because i have mild. carotid stenosis and wanted to make sure that taking MK7 wasnt going to cause a problem.

I've read that 120mcg a day is sufficient under normal circumstances. However, how much is recommended for a person taking hi doses of vitamin d..in my case 5000iu of D3 per day? Hey guys,

DougL, Barrie no longer does the testing..i presume they stopped ever since the Heath Care system stopped covering the procedure as well as the legal mumbo jumbo with Dr Freedman.

Barry, How long ago did you go to Port Perry to have testing done?

It's unfortunate to say, but in my opinion, it will ABSOLUTELY affect the outcome. There is a stigma that surrounds chronic diseases...this one everyone thinks you'll be in a wheelchair in 5 years time. Will your MS directly affect the outcome of your day to day job performance? IE want to be police...
