What is your Vitamin D Blood level?
After being on 4500IU of vitamin D for 5 months my blood level is up from 96 n/mol to 123 n/mol.
I cant remember where i saw it but there was a chart for optimal vitamin d blood levels were for people with an auto immune disease. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

DougL, Barrie no longer does the testing..i presume they stopped ever since the Heath Care system stopped covering the procedure as well as the legal mumbo jumbo with Dr Freedman.

It's unfortunate to say, but in my opinion, it will ABSOLUTELY affect the outcome. There is a stigma that surrounds chronic diseases...this one everyone thinks you'll be in a wheelchair in 5 years time. Will your MS directly affect the outcome of your day to day job performance?
