I had the treatment 2 weeks ago and have just started light swimming, only a few 10m laps. it felt so good to have done so...

Poland feedback
I'm back in the UK after a week in Poland and can say I'm absolutely thrilled following my treatment and with meeting all the amazing people who were having the same treatment as me. Myself, my mum and younger sister arrived at Krakow airport on Friday evening and were greeted by Peter, one of the E...

Hi Ozi, I'm also flying out on Friday and have the same schedule as you - hopefully ballooning on Monday too! Can't believe how soon the whole thing is. See you there! That's great, see you there! I'll probably be in my wheelchair. How will i recognise you? I have long blonde hair and am in my late...

I wish you the very best in Poland, i'll be right by your side-literally. Get excited as I KNOW this is going to be beneficial for you. I'm having my 2nd dose of the treatment and I know this will work for me as the first changed my life, so let's see if my predictions have been right. All the best...

5. Many patients who suffered from transient worsening of symptoms, improved after inclined bed therapy. You can try it, even if not efficient, at least it is 100% safe So Simka now, as well as Dr Sclafani, see the benefit of Inclined Bed Therapy-- I think it would be a smart move for everyone to a...

I should also point out that i have been sleeping inclined since February 9th 2010 and have had many benefits, the most obvious ones being warm hands, feet, and clarity of thought. I decided to sleep inclined for a while before opting for CCSVI treatment just because it's free(!) and to see if 'forc...

Re: I.T. has been amazing for me thus far
so, a day under 2 weeks sleeping inclined and although my walking is stiffer than usual, stretching is easier and more effective, feet are very warm at night and my troublesome left eye seems to have regained a touch of my peripheral vision, so all in all, happy days! I have been having more dreams...

Re: Aspirin
Hi Ozi Thanks for adding your Journal on the IBT forum. Look for a safer alternative like garlic, gingkobiloba, as a blood thinner. Aspirin is a stomach antagonist and linked to bleeding stomach ulcers. http://pharmaknow.com/contraindications-and-adverse-effects-of-aspirin/ One of the best methods ...

Aspirin 75 mg
Hi Andrew, I've been telling my parents about my improvements since starting I.T. and they too will soon be inclining their bed as a result. My dad, who takes a daily aspirin to thin his blood for no reason other than his age, suggested i start taking a daily aspirin (75mg) too. I can see his logic,...

Hi Ozi and welcome onboard I.T. Your improvements are beginning earlier than most who have reported in. People think, because this is free and simple it will not be of much use and could not compare with a surgical approach. This is a grave error on their part and I am convinced we will be hearing ...
