Re: Picamilon - Niacin for the brain (ie Vasodilator)

I've taken Picamilon(100mg 'Mind Nutrition' brand) a few times before sleep and found it did act as a relaxant. I was a little fluffy the next morning for an hour or so too. The blurb on the side says to take 1 'for a calm relaxed feeling' and to take '2-3 to increase mental energy'. How that works ...

Thanks Dr. F. I'll contact Dr. Heidi today. Your description of compressed veins and arteries reminded me of another image off my MRI scans which looks odd to me. These show what looks like a vertebral artery or vein all lit up on one side, but not the other. Could this be damage caused by the compr...

Yes, I did fall off my bike and i whacked my ribs on the edge stone of the canal before ending up in the drink. My symptoms are the 'usual' ones associated with MS, fatigue, numbness in my feet, cold hands and feet, slower memory recall and a slightly shorter fuse on the bladder. Is this bulge a pro...

Dr. F I posted an xray showing loss of lordosis in my neck a week or so ago and since then I've got hold of my original MRI scan from 2 years ago done by my neuro for my MS diagnosis. I was interested to see if my neck was the same back then (i think it was kinda straight, but would value your opini...

Hi Dr Sclafani I recently chased up my original MRI images from my MS diagnosis and now have them on disk. In one of the files marked 'Localizers' (which i'm guessing is a summary of all the images showing damage), I came across these 2 images: http://constablecomfortable.blogspot.com/2011/01/mri-i...

Thanks for the information Dr F. I have emailed Dr Heidi in the past enquiring about atlas adjustment after reading about it on TIMS and had felt for a while that something wasn't quite right in my neck. I'll get back in touch with her and see if I can arrange an appointment. The GP asked me if I ha...

Hi Dr. Flannagan I recently had an upper spine x-ray after a visit to my GP. I had complained about poor horizontal rotation to my left side and after 10 weeks of physio and accupuncture nothing much improved. I was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago and have posted here before about downward stroke neck...

Good video thanks for the link. If you've seen Haacke's latest 'pdf' it's daunting the amount of variations in this condition and the trials that are therefore needed to prove this.

Positive message from the Dake & Mehta though, they seem excited about this and full of energy

Dr F. If I feel I have a misaligned atlas and also that ccsvi is playing a part in my MS symptoms, is there an order as far as treatment and scanning goes, which would benefit future research? I'm thinking... 1. Get x-ray to confirm misalignment 2. Get dopler u/sound, MRV, MRI etc. to confirm ccsvi ...
