Can we please put a sticky that states something like
" How to hang in there until you are Liberated"
At this Sticky people could suggest ideas or tips to get them by until they can get the procedure done and how to prepare for the procedure ??

if you do not currently have physical training program. I would begin, there is real benefit helps to manage and being stronger going into procedure will help recovery. This was my experience for surgery related to cancer. Brain plasticity and muscle memory apply to MS. 15 years physical training over 35 years with MS. If you are interested how I apply physical training to MS. Get back to me.

Great topic!
I am definitely taking better care of myself. These are the steps I have taken:
- inclined the bed 5 degrees
- eating MUCH better
- lost about 8-9 pounds; another 8-9 to go!
- doing my physio more regularly
- trying to swim (gone twice in a month), but headed to Hawaii this week for a holiday on a beach -- lots of swimming coming up
- now that I know I have stenosis, I am not turning my head sharply left and right, being more careful about straining my neck upwards

I would want everyody to try Niacin (vit B3) in high dosage. Since I started taking it I can wiggle my toes again (not there for eight years), I am more energetic, my eyes stopped being funny and tempeture differences don't effect me as they used too.
Also - heatlhy eating, exercise and vitamine intake in general are helping. And IBT, indeed.
