I am planning an update on May 3 - I will be 6 months after the procedure.
Yes, I have some improvements - no miracles but yes.
I do not take my sleeping pills anymore and I was able to ride a bike twice after 3 years. I can ride 10 minutes then 1 hour break and then again 10 minutes - I do not even have the big fatigue after.

Congratulations, couldn't have happened to a better person. I will be joining you shortly. Then I will come back to Canada and kick some ass. Sounds like I will have the energy. I am blessed to have MS at this time instead of 20 years ago. May we all have the chance to feel better.

Thanks everyone for the support, Liva is very blessed to have so many wonderful friends, I 100% believe that this support has got her through so far.
Jayne tonight is still feeling great, lots of colour and NO BACK PAIN, which is huge as she has been screaming in pain for a long time, she is also talking up a storm, tomorrow is another day and here is hoping we see some more improvements, Thank you everyone for the support, Jayne and I both appreciate it so much and it has made a huge difference with Jayne

Congratulations! So, were both of the azygos veins functioning properly then? My doctor told me that there were often anomalies in the venous system but that it was a repetitive system. I guess this goes for the # of azygos veins too. 8O

Well Liva is back now and wow she has not shut up since last night :-) She is doing fantastic, smiling like crazy and it has been a long time since i have seen such a smile on her face... no pain, she actually got out of the van all by herself and was standing unassisted... she actually sat in a regular chair in the restaurant.... will keep updated as the days progress

If anyone wants my facebook to see the pics, please search for
rick.hill61@ntlworld.com, i believe you should find me and i can add you as a friend
