FORMAL PAPER PETITIONS FOR CANADIAN FED AND PROV GOVT

I have federal and provincial petitions ready to send you as email attachments. My MP will table the federal petition and each province need to dedicate one person to add their return address and find an MLA to table it to provincial legislature. I've suggested you go through the organizer for the May 5th Rally happening across Canada.

If you'd like the petitions, please send me your email address. They'll circulate for 3 weeks and then I'd like to send them in to government so we don't waste any more time.

The petitions are to recognize venous anomalies as a separate and distinct health issue and to immediately provide testing and treatment.
